Wife just got promoted

NO more clocking in or out - straight salary with differential pay and permanent workschedule. Of course we are very happy. It means she will not be subject to "call backs" when hospital are slow, but will lose her ability to earn OT (working over 12 hours per shift). It a significant pay increase nonetheless, 10% increase increase hourly base from $52 to $57 an hour. This increase also came in the right time since the hospital staff may not see general pay increase due to market decline. But we just don't know.
